President 2026

Hi! My name is Catina and I am honoured to serve as the President of the Monash Actuarial Students’ Society for 2026. I have had the privilege of serving as the Secretary for 2025 and I am so excited to take on this new role and to continue building on the momentum of growth MASS has experienced over the past year.

The Monash Actuarial Students’ Society has been a crucial part of my university journey. MASS has provided me with strong support networks and the opportunity to work and connect with like-minded people. My aim for the upcoming year is to extend these opportunities to even more members of the actuarial community.

Our mission at MASS is to support students both academically and socially by providing them with opportunities beyond the classroom. Looking forward, our focus is connection and collaboration. We aim to strengthen ties with our corporate sponsors and other commerce societies. We plan to expand our academic events, introducing a new Project Committee aimed at creating a space for students to engage with MASS in new ways such as case competitions, workshops and more. We will also continue to grow our social and professional events to allow for more students to connect with each other as well as sponsors.

I look forward to working with our incoming committee and the wider actuarial community to make this our most exciting and ambitious year yet.
